Valérie Woimbee

Valérie Woimbee, PhD, MBA, a scientific expert in Materials and Processes, has just completed 18 years with the FORVIA automotive group, where she coordinated and implemented scientific solutions to reduce CO2 emissions through technological means, materials sourcing, and the use of Artificial Intelligence to manage process operations. Valérie began her career in 1995 at VALEO as a process engineer and head of a Materials laboratory until 2005. At the IRT M2P (2014-2018), Valérie developed low-pressure surface treatments and evaluated gas quenching processes. More recently, Valérie participated in the development and experimentation of European scientific projects. She had the opportunity to work in the nuclear sector on major projects, notably the Finnish EPR , and to receive training on irradiated materials at the CEA (2025), supplemented by training modules on plasma fusion processes. In 2026, Valérie joined the consulting world, becoming Senior Advisor at Vauban 128 to actively participate in technology monitoring missions and ad-hoc value-added studies.
