Sylvain Dorschner

For nearly thirty years, Sylvain Dorschner has supported public and private decision-makers in managing complex transformations at the intersection of technological innovation, organizational change, and public policy. He has held leadership positions at the heart of French innovation ecosystems: director of the OPTICS VALLEY Agency (Essonne), then of the SYSTEMATIC competitiveness cluster, before heading the Grand E-nov Grand Est Agency, responsible for innovation and regional economic development. His guiding principle is to bridge the gap between disruptive technologies, public strategies, and operational realities. In 2023, he founded PUBLIC IA , an organization dedicated to supporting local authorities and public institutions in the controlled adoption of Artificial Intelligence (data, generative AI, specialized agents). For Vauban 128, of which he is part of the AI Expert Pool , Sylvain will intervene as Senior Advisor in augmented collective intelligence missions, in order to help consultants strengthen their analytical, structuring and decision-making capacity through AI tools, without ever abandoning human judgment.
