Philippe Clerc

Philippe Clerc chairs the Academy of Economic Intelligence and the International Francophone Association of Economic Intelligence (AIFIE). A member of SYNFIE , the French Economic Intelligence Syndicate, he is also a member of the French Society for Foresight, where he previously served on the board of directors. In 2021, he contributed to the creation of a UNESCO Chair in Foresight. He is an active member of the Society for the Encouragement of National Industry (SEIN). A member of the advisory board of the IRIS Sup School of the Institute for International and Strategic Relations, he lectures at the IHEDN (Institute for Advanced Studies in National Defence) and the Institute for Advanced Studies of the Ministry of the Interior. He teaches at the National Gendarmerie Military Academy and the CNAM (National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts) and gives lectures in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Philippe leverages his extensive knowledge of economic intelligence and international networks to facilitate the success of technological intelligence missions at Vauban 128.
