Pascal Raoul

A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with an MBA from HEC and IESE Barcelona, Pascal Raoul has dedicated his career to animal health, working for three North American and then French companies ( ELI LILLY, LALLEMAND, and CEVA Santé Animale) . He initially held sales, marketing, and business management responsibilities (France, Eastern Europe, and globally). In the early 2000s, he was responsible for innovation ( LILLY, LALLEMAND ) and the entire innovation, development, and product registration process within major global drug regulatory bodies (EMA, FDA, MAPA, NMPA, etc.) for CEVA Santé Animale, where he serves on the Executive Committee. Pascal is also a co-founder of PDMA in France (2012) and a member of the Board of the School of Industrial Biology (2015-2023). He is now an independent consultant and joined the Vauban 128 network in 2026 to contribute his expertise to technological intelligence and ideation missions, particularly in the Pharma-Biotech field.
