Naichiuan Miao

Based in Beijing , Naichiuan Miao is a journalist and communications specialist, a graduate of Peking University (2000). He also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University (2015). Naichiuan worked at MOFCOM before joining the Commercial Counselor's team at the Chinese Embassy in Sweden . He then served as a financial advisor to Chinese and international clients, assisting them with investment and divestment operations in the energy , infrastructure , and renewable energy sectors. Since 2017, he has expanded his expertise to include blockchain , machine learning , and space technologies. For Vauban 128, Naichiuan will be involved in various missions, particularly those related to technology transfer and reciprocal investments between Chinese, French, and European laboratories and industries.
