Michel Pacault

A naval construction engineer, graduate of ENSTA and IFG , and a Principal Armament Engineer, Michel Pacault worked for over 30 years at NAVAL GROUP , an Indret-based company specializing in naval propulsion and energy . He began as a design engineer and then managed numerous projects in the areas of ship propulsion equipment and systems. He was also in charge of the Diversification Department, overseeing sales and project management in the fields of industrial equipment and services, testing, logistics, and maintenance. He continued his career there, moving upstream into Innovation and R&D. Michel has been an independent expert for about twenty years and will join the Vauban 128 Energies expert network in January 2026, where he will serve as a supervisor in the Naval Defense sector.
