Max-Pierre Moulin

A graduate of the Naval Academy (class of 1966), specializing in Energy , and an engineer in Nuclear Engineering ( INSTN ) and auditor ( IHDEN ), Max-Pierre Moulin held positions of responsibility aboard surface ships , aircraft carriers , and nuclear submarines from 1966 to 1983. He then served on the central staff as a nuclear security and military intelligence expert (1983-2000), a period during which he notably participated in the development of nuclear military programs. In a second civilian career, Max-Pierre worked in the naval defense industry ( THALES, ARMARIS ) as a systems engineer and then as a consultant. He now joins the Vauban128 network of experts in the field of Naval Defense.
