Marc-Henri Ménard

CEO - Expert in Innovation Management & Technological Asset Valuation

Marc-Henri Ménard, a graduate of Bordeaux Kedge Business School (1978), is an expert in competitive intelligence and international technology transfer . He has over 45 years of experience in innovation consulting. He founded and developed three different firms: Vauban 128 (since 2023), BT2i (2015-2023), and Innovation 128 (1980-2005). He also participated in various technology transfer projects for the World Bank (2019-2024) and, since 2005, led the Innovation 128 division of CEIS, which later became FORWARD GLOBAL . Marc-Henri began his career as a Business Development Officer at ADER/ ANVAR Limousin Poitou Charentes, now Bpifrance (1978-1980). He has led nearly one hundred international technology transfer missions (partner searches and partnership establishment), notably in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Brazil. As the founding president of Vauban 128, he will particularly develop the firm's activities in technology transfer and commercialization, which will now operate under its Innovation 128 brand.
