Laurent Perrier

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering and Energy from the École Polytechnique des Hauts-de-France, Laurent Perrier is an expert with 28 years of experience in innovation and the design of industrial solutions for mobility . After 10 years in R&D, developing innovative passenger safety systems, first at a French manufacturer and then at one of the world's leading automotive equipment companies, he spent 14 years as Technical Director at BlueSolutions , a subsidiary of the Bolloré Group. There, he was responsible for the development and optimization of all-solid-state batteries , the creation of electric vehicles (M1 segment) and a one-way car-sharing system, the design of electric boats and stationary energy storage systems , and more recently, the creation of 12-meter and 6-meter all-electric buses . In March 2026, Laurent joined the Vauban 128 network of energy experts and Senior Advisors.
