Jean-Marc Francès

Dr. Jean-Marc Francès, ENSC Toulouse (1981), is an expert in innovation in chemistry, catalysis, and polymer materials . He has over 38 years of experience (1984-2022) at RHONE-POULENC, RHODIA, BLUESTAR, and ELKEM in the silicone sector. From 2012 to 2022 at ELKEM SILICONES , he was the scientific lead for open innovation, launching a circular economy R&D program based on national and European projects. Since 2023, he has worked as an independent consultant, advising chemical companies in the aforementioned areas related to decarbonization and the renewal of fossil resources.
