Francis Dieras

Francis Dieras is an expert in innovation management, specializing in research valorization and technology transfer. He teaches in the University Diploma program in Biological and Medical Engineering at Pierre and Marie Curie University (Paris VI) after having been an executive and R&D director for over twenty years in the biomedical industry . He is the originator of more than twenty international patents and numerous innovation projects that have received awards from Sanofi, the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), BPI/OSEO, and Intermedica. He also founded IRDP (Industrial R&D Partners). Francis is a renowned figure in regional economic development through structural analysis methods, and he has recently developed a completely new approach to innovation using AI and specific algorithms that combine data sourcing with human intelligence. He collaborates on Vauban 128's technological intelligence missions and will also be involved in its IP asset valuation activities operated under its Innovation 128 brand.
