Christian Cosquer

Christian Cosquer, a graduate of Saint-Cyr (1980), CentraleSupélec (1992), and the French War College (1994), is an expert specializing in digital transformation , additive manufacturing , and cyber defense . Christian participated in the creation of the DGA Lab (2013-2019), a precursor to the Defense Innovation Agency; the lab identified innovative solutions for the Ministry of Defense. A retired Brigadier General, he served as Commandant of the French Army Signal School and spent five years on the Joint Staff. Christian Cosquer has extensive experience in the capability-based approach to Defense information and communication systems , cyber defense , and the preparation and design of future systems . Christian participates in the various technological intelligence missions that Vauban 128 offers to stakeholders in the defense industry.
