Bertrand de La Chapelle

Bertrand de La Chapelle has been a recognized expert in the technological and regulatory challenges related to the Internet and Artificial Intelligence for over 25 years. An engineer by training, a career diplomat, and an entrepreneur, he is the Executive Director of the Internet & Jurisdiction network, an organization he co-founded. He was previously an elected member of the ICANN Board of Directors, the French Thematic Ambassador for Information Technologies , and the founding President of VIRTOOLS , a pioneer in virtual reality, later acquired by Dassault Systèmes . Bertrand is a graduate of École Polytechnique, Sciences Po Paris, and the École Nationale d'Administration (ENA). Bertrand is part of Vauban 128's AI expert pool and brings significant added value to our clients' intelligence needs by leading launch and feedback workshops and delivering presentations in his areas of expertise to a European audience.
