Anne-François de Saint Salvy

Admiral Anne-François de Saint Salvy served in the French Navy for 38 years. He held four commands, including that of the outfitting crew of the aircraft carriers Charles de Gaulle and Foch . Deputy head of naval equipment programs, head of strategic planning and finance for the Navy, and then deputy director of international and strategic relations at the Ministry of Defense , he served as Maritime Prefect of the Atlantic from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, he joined EDF Renewables as director of bids for offshore wind projects. In 2014, he became director of nuclear industrial policy within the EDF Group and, at the request of its chairman, designed the "Excell" plan to restore excellence to the French nuclear sector and then oversaw its implementation. He is currently an independent consultant in various fields ( Energy, Defense, Maritime ) and will contribute to technological and strategic intelligence missions for Vauban 128, particularly in the Naval Defense field.
