Nicolas Dubuc

Partner - Expert in Collective Intelligence & Knowledge Management

Nicolas Dubuc is a practicing expert in knowledge management and competitive intelligence. He developed and leveraged his expertise at Danone, Rhodia/Solvay, and Michelin. He served as Chief Knowledge and Technology Intelligence Officer, then Senior Fellow at Michelin, and as a subject matter expert (2011-2018). Nicolas is a co-author of the first standard on Knowledge Management (ISO 30401) (2018). He co-directed Michelin's first joint laboratory ( ITEMM ) between Michelin and the University of Bordeaux, which developed Technological Intelligence methodologies. He is currently a Professor at EGE and a Competitive Intelligence expert at the IHEDN. He is a member of the executive committee of the French Competitive Intelligence Association and a member of the board of the Academy of Competitive Intelligence. In 2026, Nicolas joined the Vauban 128 network of experts to contribute his extensive knowledge in Collective Intelligence and in the architecture of economic and strategic information management systems.
